We usually take a junior position, but often are the primary lender to those who may not qualify for institutional or bank financing. We are fast when time is of the essence. We are creative when dealing with extraordinary requests. And we never compete against you because we only deal with licensed mortgage and real estate brokers, not borrowers.

We are very competitive when lending on viable income producing properties and/or readily marketable single family dwellings and we like Jumbo loans ($1 million to $5.0 million).

Our wholesale loan rates are very competitive. Borrowers in bankruptcy, with a notice of default recorded, or with no or sub par credit are okay.

The repayment schedule is tailored to allow the borrower to best meet his/her obligation.
